             GENERAL DESCRIPTION
            BELZONE PO-2350 is excellent penetrating oils for complete maintenance against corrosion , water displacement, lubrication and light surface rust removal.
            BELZONE PO-2350 is high grade lubricating agent based on mixture of oils and penetrant in a blend of solvent. It has been formulated to offer quick and easy removal of seized and rusted components. One simply application by spraying, swab or dip-stop the spread of existing corrosion, gives lasting protection against further attack and removes and repels ambient moisture.

APPLICATION


  • Ideal freeing nuts, bolt, screw, stud, valve, machine parts, pipes, coupling and pulleys. It can also be used for cleaning rusted surface of dies and tools and for softening or removing carbon deposits.
  • The product frees seized component rapidly and will lubricate and protect against further corrosion. It penetrates deeply and deposits a specialized corrosion inhibiting lubricants to facilitate re-assembly. It will not damage metals, alloy, paints, rubber, plastic or wood.

  • Discharge rate              : 1.3 gr/sec. (aerosol)
  • Specific gravity            :  1.4
  • Pressure (25ºC)            : 3.0 Bar (aerosol)
  • Solubility                     : soluble in solvent, insoluble in water
  • Flammability               : classified as inflammable
  • Flash point                   : not applicable in seal aerosol.

HANDLING AND PRECAUTION

  • The Can packing contains under pressure materials, therefore do not puncture or incinerate the empty packing.
  • Wear safety device such as rubber gloves or non-porous gloves, mask, goggle while handling or using the product.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, flame or fire and store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
  • Keep away from children.
  • Do not take internally. In case of the direct contact, the affected area should be washed thoroughly with soap and water. For eyes contact, immediately flush with large of water for at least 15 minutes. Call physician. For inhalation, deliberately the concentrating vapor product, and do not induce vomiting.
  • Keep away from flame and or fire and store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
  • Aerosol can of BELZONE PO-2350 may rupture when heated.

PACKING
NET : 400 gram in tin can. Or 12 can / box
