BELZONE P-4455



(NEUTRALIZING & PASSIVATING AGENT   FOR CHEMICAL CLEANING)

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS        
BELZONE P-4455 is highly effective for Neutralizing and passivating agent against metal. After acid cleaning, surface of metal is very corrosive condition. BELZONE P-4455 is combination of neutralized agent and passivate agent for neutralizing of solution and immediately make protective film on surface of metal.
Thus, BELZONE P-4455 will ensure that the equipment will be safely and optimum performance of equipment will be achieved.

HOW TO USE

·         After acid cleaning and flushing, Fed directly into boiler water drum or system and then add water, flood the system. Concentration of BELZONE P-4455 shall be adjusted approximately 2% against system volume, and then re-circulate the solution for minimum of 30 minutes to maximum 2 hours.
·         After recirculation, discharge the cleaning solution and then conduct flushing. Then boiler boiler to be operated.

·         pH (1% solution)    :  11.2 ± 0.5

HANDLING AND STORAGE

  1. For cleaning chemicals only.
  2. Protect the face with goggles or face shield to avoid direct contact with BELZONE P-4455.
  3. Do not take internally. And avoid the direct contact BELZONE  P-4455 with eyes, mouth, skin or nose. In case of the direct contact, the affected area should be washed thoroughly with water at least minimum 15 minutes and soap.
  4. Keep away from flame and or fire, and Store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
  5. Do not use the empty containers for drinking water supply.
