BELZONE A-1715



(LOW ANIONIC FLOCCULANT)

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
            BELZONE  A-1715 is superior organic anionic and low molecular weight of poly acrylamide typically use as flocculation or co-agulant aid polymer’s in any type of raw water treatment and waste water treatment, and as de-watering aid for sludge treatment.
 FEATURES
1.      Superior in clarification treatment of industrial and potable water.
2.      Excellent in suspension sedimentation treatment of waste water from various industries.
3.      De-watering of waste sludge can be used in combination with typical organic co-agulantto achieve the most optimum and economical programme.
4.      Effective in low dosage levels and widely effective pH range of 7.0 ~ 12.0.
5.      Potable water grade (PWG) by U.S. environment protection agency (EPA).
 HOW TO USE
·         Dissolve 0.05~0.1% of BELZONE A-1715 thoroughly with tap water. Dissolution will take about 30~45 minutes, but will faster with warm water.
·         Feed the prepared solution by using quantitative chemical injection pump, and it should be fed to the most suitable point of treatment.
·         Dosage generally 0.2~5.0 ppm for flocculation and 30~200 ppm for dewatering process.  However, it will vary upon system condition and water quality to be treated.
 PROPERTIES
·         Main ingredient      : low molecular weight of polyacrylamide.
·         Appearance             : white powder
·         pH (0.1% solution) : 6.7 ± 1.0
·         Apparent specific gravity      :  0.70  ± 0.05
 HANDLING AND STORAGE
1.      Protect the face with goggles to avoid direct contact with BELZONE A-1715.
2.      Do not take internally and waste water treatment only.
3.      Keep away from flame and or fire.
4.      Store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
5.      Always keep the container tightly closed while not in use.
 PACKING
NET : 20 kg in Polyethylene bag.
