GENERAL DESCRIPTION
BELZONE HD-6660 is a unique blend of lubricant and solvents, formulated to provide protection and lubrication for open gear and wire rope under all operating condition.
BELZONE HD-6660 is an industrial lubricant containing molybdenum salt which provides tough, enduring film to minimize the metal contact, water proof and surfaces penetrate deeply for internal protection of wire ropes, racks and pinions, crown wheels and cams and driving mechanisms in construction , shipyard, docks and marine, quarrying, plant hire, heavy engineering, automotives and manufacturing industries.

APPLICATION

BELZONE HD-6660 is quick to dry, and the product adheres strongly to all treated areas and forms a dry, solid enhanced, non-peeling film which reduces wear and extend the operational life time of the equipment. The tough, durable coating resists corrosion, abrasion, dust absorption, water wash and extremes of temperature, making it ideal for external use or for dust-laden atmospheres.
§  Provide extention tube (snorkle) for reaching hard area.
§  Test on sample of same material to ensure compatibility to obtain the optimum result.
§  Apply a light, event coating from 25-30 cm and reapply as necessary. Can be applied to running gear mechanisms if required. On wire ropes, allow 15 minutes for full penetration before use equipment.

§  Pressure (25ºC)            : 3.5 Bar (aerosol)
§  Temperature range       :  -25ºC to +100ºC
§  Solubility                      : soluble in some solvent, insoluble in water
§  Flammability                : classified as flammable
§  Flash point                    : not applicable in seal aerosol.

HANDLING AND PRECAUTION

§  The Can packing contains under pressure, therefore do not puncture or incinerate the empty can.
§  Wear safety device such as rubber gloves, mask, goggle while using the product.
§  Keep away from direct sunlight, flame or fire and store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
§  Keep away from children.
§  Do not take internally. In case of the direct contact, For eyes contact, immediately flush with large of water for at least 15 minutes. Call physician. For inhalation, deliberately the concentrating vapor product, and do not induce vomiting.
§  Keep away from flame and or fire and store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
§  Aerosol can of BELZONE HD-6660 may rupture when heated.

PACKING
NET : 400 gram in aerosol tin can.  Or 12 can / carton box
