PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS        
BELZONE BW-1615 is a superior inorganic phosphate and pH control agent base chemical of boiler compound especially used for internal boiler water treatment of  general  industries. It’s widely used in any type of boiler which is operated  atlow to medium  pressure, and prevent such scale problem.

FEATURES

  • Superior in corrosion inhibition effect controlling pH and alkalinity of boiler in optimum range.
  • Excellent in scale inhibition effect by reacting the residual hardness in feed water. It will prevent the scaling on the heating surface of boiler. It’s also protect  from mechanical defect caused by scaling
  • Compatible and synergetic with most other oxygen scavenger such as, hydrazine, tannin, and sulfite,

HOW TO USE

·         Feed directly into the system, continuously and proportionally against total blow down. Recommended use and chemical proof injection for maximum treatment performance
·         Dosage: generally by maintain phosphate 30~50 ppm in boiler water , However, upon system condition and water quality.
·         Initial treatment (alkaline boiling) is necessary at the time of system start-up.

·         Main ingredient      :  Inorganic phosphate and pH control agent and dispersant.
·         Appearance             :  clear to yellow liquid
·         pH (1% sol’n)         :  10,0 – 12,0

HANDLING AND STORAGE

  1. Protect the face with goggles or face shield to avoid direct contact with BELZONE BW-1615.
  2. Do not take internally. And avoid the direct contact with BELZONE BW-1615 with eyes, mouth or nose. In case of the direct contact, the affected area should be washed thoroughly with water and soap.
  3. Keep away from flame and or fire.
  4. Store indoors, dry, quite enough air ventilation.
  5. Do not use the empty containers for drinking water supply.
