PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS        
BELZONE BW-4615 is a superior of multifunctional boiler chemicals liquid type. The active ingredient such as synthetic polymer, oxygen scavenger, phosphate and pH control agent is especially use for scale & sludge dispersion, and corrosion inhibitor in internal boiler water treatment of general industries to prevent such corrosion problems due to dissolved oxygen and precipitation of dissolved solid.  Thus maximum inhibition of scale and corrosion, maintaining the heating surface always clean for maximum boiler efficiency will contribute to saving energy and operating cost. 

FEATURES

1.      Superior in corrosion and scale inhibition effects, by controlling pH and alkalinity of boiler in optimum range.
2.      Easy handle liquid type. Apply and control single liquid product.
3.      It’s also protecting the boiler from mechanical defect due to sludge deposition and accumulation. And it keeps the internal heat transfer surface always clean and for maximum efficiency by preventing crystallization, coagulation and adhesion of iron oxides and hardness compound. Prevent secondary corrosion caused by iron oxide deposition.

HOW TO USE

·         Feed directly BELZONE BW-4615 into the system, continuously and proportionally against total blow down. Recommended use and chemical proof injection for maximum treatment performance
·         Dosage will vary upon system condition and target water quality by maintaining phosphate in boiler within 20 – 100 ppm.

PROPERTIES

·         Main ingredient      :  organic phosphate, polymer, hydrazine and pH control agent.
·         Appearance             : colorless to light yellow liquid.
·         pH (1% sol’n)          : 12 – 14.0
·         Specific gravity        :  1.05  - 1.15

HANDLING AND STORAGE

  1. Protect the face with goggles or face shield to avoid direct contact with BELZONE BW-4615.
  2. Do not take internally. And avoid the direct contact with BELZONE BW-4615 with eyes, mouth or nose. In case of the direct contact, washed the affected area thoroughly with water and soap.
  3. Keep away from flame and or fire. Store in doors, dry, and quite enough air ventilation.
  4. Do not use the empty containers for drinking water supply.

NET : 20 kg in Jerry can.
