BELZONE P-2315



(CHEMICAL CLEANING AGENT)

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS         

BELZONE P-2315 is an  organic acid with occo-acid inhibitor   base chemicals   especially  used   for
acid pickling. It’s very effective as cleaning chemicals to remove scaling mainly composed of hardness. Hardness component type is apt to form and adhere onto water -side internal surfaces of heat
exchangers (condensers, coolers, heaters, etc) or boiler after certain period of use.    Scaling will cause
reduction of thermal efficiency, decrease of work efficiency, and finally can fatal damage to equipment  to remove the scale, mechanical cleaning by using strong acid (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid) has been employed conventionally, however, these conventional method s has the risk to damage the metal materials. BELZONE P-2315 is unique blended formulation of imido acid with special corrosion inhibitor, which have solved these problems of scale cleaning with excellent performance.

  3. Acid material with acid inhibitor, thus no bad affect to cleaning object equipment.
  4. Biodegradable materials and not harmful to environment.

HOW TO USE

·         Dose the prepared solution of BELZONE P-2315 directly into the system and then add water, flood the system. Concentration of BELZONE P-2315 shall be adjusted approximately 10% - 20% against system volume, and then re-circulate the solution for minimum of 4 hours to maximum 24 hours. Cleaning reaction can be accelerated if the solution can be warmed. Cleaning with BELZONE P-2315 solution, the temperature must not exceed than 60°C.
·         Add neutralizer to the used cleaning solution within the system, and adjust pH to the neutral zone (6.0~8.0). Recommendable to use BELZONE P-44555.
·         In case submerging cleaning, the solution shall be discharged after neutralization with alkaline.

·         Main ingredient      :  organo acid with acid inhibitor.
·         Appearance             : clear liwuid
·         pH (1% solution)    : 2.4 ± 0.5

HANDLING AND STORAGE

1.Protect the face with goggles or face shield to avoid direct contact with BELZONE P-2315.
2.Do not take internally. And avoid the direct contact BELZONE P-2315 with eyes, mouth or nose. In case of the direct contact, the affected area should be washed thoroughly with water and soap.
3.Keep away from flame and or fire.
4.Store indoors, dry, it’s quite enough air ventilation.
